Payment Options

There are a number of ways you can make payments to us although we prefer to receive either a cheque or bank transfer directly into our account as making payments this way costs us (and you) nothing!

Remember!

Although we must receive your advance payment of £100 as a single transaction you can spread the payments of any outstanding balance over the months leading up to your event. In fact, as long as you have paid your outstanding balance in full at least 30 days prior to your booking then we do not mind how many instalments you choose to pay it in!

For example, if your booking was to take place in 7 months time and your outstanding balance was £300 you could either pay the whole amount in one go, or make two payments of £150, or make a payment of £50 every month for six months, whatever suits your  personal preference.

We do not charge any interest for splitting your payments in this way, but do insist that however you choose to pay the outstanding balance it must be with us no later than 30 days prior to your booking.

Paying By Cheque

If you would like to pay by cheque please make it payable to "First Dance DJs" and write your surname and the date of your event on the back. Please post your payment to:

Paying By Bank Transfer

If you use Internet Banking you can make a payment straight into our bank account via BACs. If paying by this method please ensure you include your surname and the date of your event as a reference.

Paying By Credit/Debit Card

If you wish to make an advanced or balance payment via credit or debit card we can offer you two options:

PayPal

You can enter our secure payment gateway powered by PayPal simply by clicking on the logo below and entering a few details (a new browser window will be launched). You do not need a PayPal account to pay with this method.

Please Note: We are charged a great deal of money to receive a payment via PayPal and although we absorb some of this cost we are unable to cover it all without raising our overall charges to compensate. Therefore if you wish to pay via this method you will notice that a "Shipping & Handling" fee equivalent to 2.5% of the total value of the transaction will be added at the checkout stage to help cover the cost of receiving this payment.

For example, if you wish to make an advance payment of £100 the actual total cost to you would be £102.50. If you do not wish to pay the 2.5% surcharge please choose one of our other payment options.

Google Checkout

As an alternative to using PayPal we can send you an invoice via email for your advance or balance payment through Google Checkout (you will need a Google Checkout account to pay by this method). Click on the Google Checkout logo to send us an email and please ensure you state your name, date of booking and whether or not you would like to pay your deposit, outstanding balance or other amount.

Please Note: We are charged a significant (but not as excessive as PayPal) surcharge to receive a payment via Google Checkout and although we absorb some of this cost we are unable to cover it all without raising our overall charges to compensate. Therefore if you wish to pay via this method you will notice that a "Tax" fee equivalent to 1% of the total value of the transaction will be added at the checkout stage to help cover the cost of receiving this payment.

For example, if you wish to make a deposit payment of £100 the actual total cost to you would be £101. If you do not wish to pay the 1% surcharge please choose one of our other payment options.
