Every client has access to a password protected online account that allows them to keep track of the payments they have made, choose music from our database, make changes to their personal details and more.

If you haven’t received your email confirming your username & password please contact us.

This system is maintained and hosted on our behalf by DJEventPlanner.com but is fully administered by our staff.

Your online account provides you with the following options:

The Client Account Menu

Home – The hub of your online account tells you about each section and shows the Guest Request password for your planner.

Music Database – Access and choose your Special Songs and general Requests.

My Info – Your contact details and a section to change your planner password to something more memorable.

Company Info – Contact details for First Dance DJs.

My Event – Shows your booking details such as date, venue and the DJ allocated.

Payments – Our secure credit/debit card payment gateway powered by PayPal and a record of payments recieved. Click here for more information.

Log Off – Sign out of your online account. Make sure you have saved any changes as necessary before logging out.
